Refund Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs all purchases of generation credits and any other paid features on VidForgeAI, operated at vidforgeai.net by EactiveNet, Inc. (“VidForgeAI”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service. By purchasing credits or any paid feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1. Nature of What You Are Buying
VidForgeAI sells prepaid, consumable digital credits that are redeemed to perform AI generation, enhancement, editing, and rendering operations (each, a “Generation”). Credits are a license to consume compute and software services. They are not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value or gift instrument, not a security, and they carry no cash value, no interest, and no right to redemption for cash except where this Policy or non-waivable law expressly provides.
Each Generation is a digital service that is produced and delivered to you on demand. Because compute, model inference, and storage costs are incurred by us the moment a Generation begins, credits consumed by a started Generation are treated as fully performed and delivered digital services.
2. General Rule — All Sales Are Final
Except where expressly stated in this Policy or required by non-waivable law, all purchases of credits and paid features are final and non-refundable, and all credits are non-returnable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
This includes, without limitation:
- Credits that have been consumed, in whole or in part, by a started or completed Generation.
- Credits purchased and later unused because you changed your mind, no longer need the Service, or did not consume them before account closure or credit expiry.
- Dissatisfaction with the creative, aesthetic, or subjective quality of AI-generated Output, which is inherently variable and is provided on an “as is” basis.
- Purchases made in error as to quantity or pack size where the corresponding credits have already been consumed.
- Promotional, bonus, complimentary, or founder/comped credits, which are never refundable or redeemable for cash under any circumstance.
3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK / EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services.
By purchasing credits and beginning any Generation before the end of that 14-day period, you expressly request that we begin performing the digital service immediately and you acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal to the extent the service has been performed (i.e., for every credit consumed). You provide this consent at checkout as a condition of immediate access.
Where the right of withdrawal still applies — that is, for credits purchased but not yet consumed within the 14-day window — you may withdraw and obtain a refund of the unconsumed portion by contacting support@eactivenet.com. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
4. Failed, Errored, or Non-Delivered Generations
We stand behind the technical delivery of the Service. If a Generation fails for reasons attributable to us — for example, a server-side or compute error, a job that is terminated by our systems through no fault of yours, or a Generation that never produces a deliverable Output — the credits consumed by that Generation will be automatically re-credited to your account balance.
This credit re-grant is your sole and exclusive remedy for a failed Generation. Re-granted credits are issued to your account balance for re-use on the Service and are not refunded as cash, unless a cash refund is required by non-waivable law.
A Generation is not “failed” merely because the Output does not match your subjective expectations, because AI output is non-deterministic and may be inaccurate, stylistically unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for crafting your inputs and for reviewing Output before use.
5. Duplicate, Unauthorized, and Erroneous Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a verifiable technical error, or you identify a charge you did not authorize, contact support@eactivenet.com within sixty (60) days of the charge. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges will be refunded to the original payment method, provided the associated credits have not been consumed.
Refunds for verified billing errors are issued at our discretion to the extent the corresponding credits remain unused. Where some credits from an erroneous transaction have been consumed, any refund will be limited to the unconsumed remainder.
6. Credit Expiry and Account Closure
Credits remain available while your account is active and in good standing. Credits do not entitle you to a cash refund upon expiry, voluntary account deletion, or closure.
If we terminate or suspend your account for a violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or for fraud, abuse, or chargeback risk, you forfeit all remaining credits and are not entitled to any refund. If we discontinue the Service entirely for reasons not caused by your breach, we will, where required by law or in our reasonable discretion, refund the verifiable unconsumed and paid-for portion of your credit balance.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund permitted under this Policy, email support@eactivenet.com from the email address associated with your account and include: (a) your account email; (b) the approximate date and amount of the purchase; (c) the order or transaction reference; and (d) a clear description of the reason for the request.
We aim to acknowledge eligible requests within five (5) business days and, where a refund is approved, to issue it within fourteen (14) business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method only; we cannot refund to a different card, account, or instrument. Processing times after we issue a refund are controlled by your payment provider and bank.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a breach of these terms.
Filing a chargeback for credits that have been delivered or consumed, or doing so in bad faith, may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all remaining credits, and recovery of disputed amounts, related fees, and reasonable costs of collection. We reserve the right to submit transaction records, security telemetry, and delivery evidence to the payment network to contest illegitimate disputes.
9. Fraud Prevention
Refund and dispute activity is subject to the same anti-fraud controls as the rest of the Service. Requests associated with stolen payment instruments, disposable identities, coordinated abuse, or attempts to extract value while retaining consumed Output may be declined, held for verification, or referred to the payment network and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.
10. Taxes
Where a refund is issued, any applicable taxes will be refunded only to the extent they were actually collected and are recoverable. We are not responsible for currency-conversion differences, foreign-transaction fees, or bank charges applied by your payment provider.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and your continued purchase or use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
12. Contact
All refund, cancellation, and billing questions should be directed to support@eactivenet.com. This Policy is governed by, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service, including its governing-law, dispute-resolution, and limitation-of-liability provisions.
