Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) defines what you may and may not do with VidForgeAI, operated by EactiveNet, Inc. It is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, forfeiture of credits, or permanent termination, and you are responsible for, and agree to indemnify us against, all consequences of your violations.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual sexual content.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Impersonates a real person or creates deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead or defraud.
- Contains hate speech or harasses, threatens, or targets individuals or protected groups.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass billing, credit, fraud, or moderation controls.
- Use disposable emails, proxies, VPNs, or stolen payment methods to evade restrictions or commit fraud.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures.
- Scrape, resell, or sublicense the Service without authorization.
- Overload the platform, including via automated mass-generation intended to abuse compute resources.
3. Commercial & Brand Use
You are responsible for ensuring that videos you generate for marketing or commercial use comply with advertising laws and platform policies, and that you hold rights to any brand assets, products, or likenesses you include.
4. Enforcement
We use automated and manual review to enforce this Policy. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, hold work for verification, block or ban accounts, terminate active generation jobs, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
A hard ban immediately invalidates active sessions, terminates running generation jobs tied to the account, and may restrict the associated network from future access.
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP are violations of the Terms of Service. We may, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, remove or disable content, hold work for verification, suspend or permanently terminate your Account, terminate running Generation jobs, forfeit remaining credits as described in our Refund Policy, restrict the associated network from future access, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Enforcement is not a waiver of any right, and we are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.
6. Changes & Reporting Abuse
We may update this AUP from time to time, with the effective date shown above. To report content or conduct that violates this Policy, contact support@eactivenet.com.
