1. Subscription Refunds
VidForge AI offers subscription-based services with monthly billing. Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access to features, we have the following refund policy:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies to your first subscription payment only.
After the 14-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
2. Credit Purchases
One-time credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time. If you experience technical issues preventing credit usage, please contact our support team.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 48 hours
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available if:
- The refund request is made after the 14-day guarantee period

- The subscription has been used extensively during the billing period
- You have already received a refund for a previous subscription
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the period ends.
